Hi-Rez Studios is hiring an experienced, video game centric Latin American Spanish Localization Specialist to work at our studio in Alpharetta, GA

What our Localization Specialists do:

  • You will oversee localization of the games in Spanish;
  • You are native Latin American Spanish speaker and capable of providing translation or quality assurance (QA) services on as-needed basis;
  • You will develop and maintain outstanding relationships with all localization stakeholders;
  • You will assist the localization production team on an as needed basis;
  • You will foster and enhance the communication with your regional counterparts.

Who we are looking for:

  • You’ve studied something somewhere that both you and Hi-Rez believe will be of value in this fast-paced international environment;
  • You are not just a native speaker; you have the linguistic arsenal to recreate the Hi-Rez experience in your native language;
  • You have previous experience in localization and are looking to bring your expertise to help shape Hi-rez’s future;
  • You have several high level characters across Hi-Rez IPs;
  • You have command of the English language and can tailor your correspondence and communication for all levels of the organization;
  • You enjoy interacting with people from diverse cultures on their turf.

Preferred candidates have:

  • You have project management, localization, or software testing certifications;
  • The basics of audio dubbing are not completely new to you;
  • You speak yet another language aside from Spanish and English;
  • You’ve worked on one or more AAA video game titles bound for or coming from a Spanish speaking country;
  • You have developed and fostered relationships within the localization industry;
  • You are familiar with our core values and they resonate with you.
